This week is fine: BBS result, not a trace of a nick.
My Wet Shaving Products Monarch worked up a really fine lather from Strop Shoppe’s Black Tie, and this time I got a good hit of the fragrance: extremely nice. I like a lather than rolls up under the guard of the razor as I shave in much the same way that wet spring snow rolls up: thick and adhering to itself. I first got that when using a D.R. Harris shave stick, and I use it as a mark of a great lather. That’s the lather I had this morning.
The bakelite slant was loaded with a new Personna Lab Blue, and three very easy, very comfortable passes left my face BBS.
I used again the aftershave balm from AlsShaving.com, and this time I knew to use only half a tiny amount. Extremely pleasant finish, and now to the day and the week.
