Two-day stubble meets Meißner Tremonia Lavender de Luxe and the iKon X3

It was a rout: stubble totally van(qu)ished.

With Lavender de Luxe, I complete my little tour of my Meißner Tremonia collection, and the finale was with my Rooney Style 2 Finest, a wonderful brush that softly inflates with lather and I load the brush and then work up the lather. The lavender fragrance of the soap was augmented with a touch of geranium and cypress, but it was definitely a lavender soap.

Three passes with the X3 and my face was totally smooth, with nary a nick. I find the X3 to be an amazing razor for me: completely comfortable and highly efficient, it does its job with pleasure.

A splash of Chatillon Lux’s Champs de Lavande to finish the job, and Thanksgiving week gets off to a great start.
