A good shave sets the day going in the right direction. I went again for a Baby Smooth — a lovely razor — and with Barrister & Mann’s Reserve Spice shaving soap and (important) a synthetic brush (in this case, my well-loved Fine Classic), I got a wonderfully comfortable shave with a marvelously smooth result. A splash of the Reserve Spice aftershave, and the day cannot dent the warmth of my mood.
