Meißner Tremonia’s Strong ‘n Scottish has a strong (but not unpleasant) fragrance, enough so that you’ll note that both the brush and aftershave have somewhat averted their faces. The Plisson European Grey has a good long loft and a great feel on the face, but I left a little too much water in it with the result that the lather was not quite so dense as I like.
Still, it was a usable lather, and with I achieved the usual excellent result from my Maggard Razors V3A head, here on a UFO handle. Three passes left my face perfectly smooth, and a splash of Ogallala’s Bay Rum & Sandalwood aftershave, with a squirt of hydrating gel, finished the job.
