That didn’t take long: the Amazon sites .com, .co.uk, .de, .es, .fr, .it all have the book listed, and it’s Amazon Prime at .com and .co.uk. The book is not listed yet at .ca (and Amazon.ca does not follow the general Amazon practices—it seems to operate somewhat independently) and .co.jp.
One weirdness in pricing. I had set a price for the EU at €12.95. But the prices listed at the Amazon sites are:
.de – €13.86
.es – €26.99 (!!)
.fr – €13.66
.it – €13.47
I have no idea why. I do have a query in.
