Very nice shave indeed. The small Omega boar does a fine job and held enough lather (barely) from the shave stick for a full three-pass shave. I generally am wary of using a boar brush with a shave stick because I fear lather shortage, but this one did fine—and the lather, from Phoenix Artisan’s CaD shave stick, seem particularly good: rich and slick.
The Weber DLC was Weber’s first model, and it does a terrific job. I put the head on the UFO handle shown, which I like better than Weber’s original longer, thinner handle. I find this razor extremely comfortable and quite efficient, and the DLC feels good as it slides along my face.
Three passes to BBS, then a good splash of Chiseled Face’s Cinnawood Boroka aftershave. The sample size is a great travel size.
