King of Bourbon is, as you see, another soap made with Wholly Kaw’s Donkey Milk formula, and a luxurious soap it is. My Rooney Style 3 Size 1 Super Silvertip did a Wholly wonderful job, and the Fine slant is among the best slants I’ve ever used. It is particularly important with this slant (which I hope Fine will some day bring back) to use a proper angle — and if you do that, the razor is as comfortable and as efficient as one could ever ask.
A splash of Fine’s l’Orange Noir with a squirt of Grooming Dept Hydrating Gel finished the shave and started the week — and Monday begins with sun.
