I liked yesterday’s shave so much, I returned to the Fendrihan razor this morning—I could do that because yesterday the cleaning ladies came.
I keep my razors on their sides in a bathroom drawer. When I shave, I open the drawer, pick a razor, and shave, and then put that razor on the countertop, where it remains until the cleaning ladies make their monthly visit (which means all razors go back into the drawer, out of the way). Thus I work through approximately 30 different razors from the collection each month, avoiding repeats.
Today the Fendrihan razor I used yesterday was back in the drawer, so I could use it again. As you can tell, I like the razor quite a bit, and the regular version (not the bronze-coated limited edition in the photo) is a great bargain at $40. (Note that the razor I like is the Mk II. Their first stainless razor, I’ve read, was rather harsh.)
It was a pleasure also to return to my Nancy Boy Signature Fragrance shaving cream. This is surely one of the very best shaving creams available. (Mantic59 favor the Replenishing version, but they’re all good.) With the RazoRock Keyhole brush ($10, another bargain) I got a terrific lather, and the Fendrihan did again a great job.
